Accessibility Statement

Goal: We want everyone who visits the artwhich® website and uses our platform to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding. To help us ensure a positive experience for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible for people with disabilities and user-friendly for everyone. The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the artwhich® website and platform. By ensuring a Level AA accessibility conformance, we allow for assistive technology such as screen readers, braille displays, plugins, and browser extensions to add further functionality the individual user needs.

This website was audited using a mix of automated and manual techniques in May 2022 by a third-party provider. It was last tested on 14 May 2022. The test was carried out internally using the third-party quality assurance platform Siteimprove, which can review the site in line with WCAG 2.1A succession criteria. artwhich.com is considered to be WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant. Scope: This policy applies to artwhich®. It may also refer to suppliers and partners. artwhich® wants to be a responsible business that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. artwhich®'s social responsibility falls under two categories: 1. compliance and 2. proactiveness. Compliance refers to artwhich®'s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.

• Vendors: artwhich® collects your Personal Data to facilitate consideration of your offer of goods or services. artwhich® collects the following categories of ordinary Personal Data for the above purposes: name, address, email, and phone.

  • You provide it directly to artwhich® through emails or submission of bid, quote, or similar documentation.​

  • artwhich® gets necessary information from you to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

• Whistleblowing Reports: artwhich® employees, customers, partners, suppliers and/or any other third parties (each an “Associate”) may file a report under artwhich®'s Whistleblower Policy. artwhich® collects Personal Data in order to investigate a case filed through a whistleblowing report. We will hold the Personal Data you provide to us securely and only use it to help us to handle and process your whistleblowing report. artwhich® will process Personal Data of the Associate making the report, the reported person, and any other third parties involved as may be necessary for the investigation of the reported incident, including the assessment of the facts reported and the preparation of reports on the course and completion of the investigation. artwhich® collects the following categories of ordinary Personal Data for the above purpose(s): name, email address, phone, and any information you provide to us in your report. artwhich® will process Personal Data in accordance with the principles set out in the Whistleblower Policy (Coming soon) and with the provisions of applicable data protection laws.

  • The Associate provides the Personal Data through the online form submission.​

  • artwhich® processes Personal Data for the purposes provided in the Whistleblower Policy (Coming soon) on basis of one or more of the following: Consent of the Associate to provide Personal Data about him/herself/themselves in the report; Necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which artwhich® is subject; Necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by artwhich® in order in ensuring compliance with applicable laws throughout all of artwhich®’s operations.

  • The following service providers have access to your Personal Data in these instances (and why): Microsoft (Office 2019/365) (primary business communication software to which the whistleblowing report is submitted).

  • artwhich® will store Personal Data as long as it is necessary in order to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.

• In some cases, artwhich® does transfer your Personal Data to vendors in the following countries outside the EU/EEA: US. Such transfers only take place for the specific purposes mentioned above. Because the US has not been deemed by the EU Commission to have an adequate level of protection of personal data, artwhich® provides appropriate safeguards for the transfer in accordance with Chapter 5 of the GDPR.
