Entrepreneurs Thrive Here: artwhich® in London, United Kingdom to Join Global Movement Opening Its Doors to Would-Be Founders this November.
artwhich® launches Global Entrepreneurship Week 2026 campaign
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — 16 September 2026 — artwhich® today joined thousands of organizations in 200 countries to launch the Global Entrepreneurship Week campaign to increase the number of entrepreneurs in local communities worldwide.
Global Entrepreneurship Week runs November 16–22, 2026, under the theme Entrepreneurs Thrive Here. Every year, the campaign reaches 10 million people, many of whom have never considered entrepreneurship as a path available to them but have the ideas, talent, and ambition to solve local and global challenges.
The 2026 campaign comes at a moment when the forces reshaping work, technology, and economies are moving faster than at any point in modern history. The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 projects that 92 million jobs will be displaced globally by 2030 — and that 170 million new roles will be created in the same period, a net gain of 78 million.
“The progress we make on the existential challenges of our time — food security, climate change, energy, the eradication of deadly diseases, the responsible governance of AI — will not come from governments, or corporations alone, or the handful of celebrated founders whose names we all know,” said Jonathan Ortmans, who founded Global Entrepreneurship Week in 2008. “It will come from millions of people in every community on earth who are empowered to look at a problem, imagine a solution, and build it.”
During Global Entrepreneurship Week and throughout November, more than 75,000 workshops, events, and programs are expected worldwide — most of them beyond traditional startup hubs, in libraries, community centers, schools, and public spaces. Two official interactive virtual workshops are expected to take place, hosted directly by artwhich® for UK and international participants.
Events will reach people where they are and connect them to the networks, tools, and support to take a first step — in their own community, at whatever scale works for them.
To mark GEW 2026, artwhich® is delivering two interactive, hands-on digital workshops tailored for aspiring founders, intrapreneurs, and emerging leaders. On Monday, 16 November 2026, artwhich® will host The Post-AI Founder: Mindful Leadership Profiling and Team Strategy. This session features the live completion of the research-backed artwhich® Mindful Leadership Compass Quiz (Beta V1) to help participants map their strengths, discover their founder identity, and translate those insights into clear messaging for investor pitches and team building. On Tuesday, 17 November 2026, artwhich® will host De-Risking Your Venture: A 60-Minute Value Proposition Sprint. This workshop provides a step-by-step framework to build a stress-tested Value Proposition Canvas and validate real-world business concepts with potential customers before committing further capital and time.
“As rapid technological shifts and macroeconomic pressures reshape traditional career paths, self-awareness and systems thinking are no longer optional — they are core survival skills for future leaders,” said May Ho, Founder of artwhich®. “Before jumping into business execution, founders need to understand their unique leadership strengths. Our GEW 2026 sessions are practical, free tasters designed to give aspiring entrepreneurs the tools to test market demand, refine their messaging, and build resilient ventures from day one.”
Ready to find out what kind of founder you are? Join us at GEW 2026 — both sessions are free.
